  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cooking spray or butter for greasing the dish

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter and set aside.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, melted butter, salt, pepper, and paprika until fully combined.
