Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Once melted, add the frozen corn kernels and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly golden and heated through.

Lower the heat to medium-low and add the cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and fully incorporated with the corn.

Step 3

Stir in the mayonnaise, sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Continue to mix until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Add the crumbled bacon and half of the sliced green onions into the dip, stirring well to combine.

Step 5

Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with the remaining green onions for a pop of color and freshness.

Step 6

Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
