  • 1 large Yellow onion, diced

  • 56 ounces Canned baked beans
  • 15 ounces Canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces Canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, drain it on paper towels, and crumble it when cool. Set aside.
