Ingredients

  • 1 pound Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cups Green cabbage (thinly sliced)

  • 1 Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)

  • 0.5 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 cup Roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Red chili (thinly sliced, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the shrimp to the boiling water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Drain and rinse the shrimp under cold water to stop the cooking. Pat dry and set aside.
