  • 2 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium-sized Tomato (sliced)
  • 0.25 small Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 slices Pickles (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties slightly larger than the size of your sourdough bread slices, as they will shrink when cooking.
