Ingredients

  • 6 large Russet potatoes
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 3 stalks Green onions (sliced)
  • 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 for greasing Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly-sized chunks.

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and return them to the pot.
