  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta

  • 0.5 cup pasta cooking water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water before draining, then set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
