  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides of each breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Lightly coat the chicken breasts with the all-purpose flour on both sides, shaking off any excess flour.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until the butter is melted and sizzling.
