  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 240 grams Sour cream
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 50 grams Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 60 grams All-purpose flour (for streusel)
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar (for streusel)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cinnamon (for streusel)
  • 45 grams Unsalted butter (cold, for streusel)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease or line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
