Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cooked spaghetti
  • 3 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 10.5 oz Cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.

Step 2

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
