  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 wedges lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, lime juice, honey, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
