Ingredients

  • 6 oz Beef steak (ribeye or sirloin, about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated, optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the steak to the skillet.
