  • 1 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 cups Cheese (optional, shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional, chopped)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the vegetable oil and warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a fork or your hands until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
