Ingredients

  • 2 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups Mini Snickers bars (chopped)
  • 1 cup Salted peanuts
  • 0.5 cup Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper with butter or nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Microwave the mixture on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. This should take about 2 to 3 minutes total.

Step 3

Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Step 4

Sprinkle half of the chopped Snickers bars and half of the salted peanuts over the chocolate layer.

Step 5

Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the nuts and candy layer.

Step 6

Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top, spreading it evenly to cover the fillings.

Step 7

Top with the remaining chopped Snickers bars, salted peanuts, and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.

Step 8

Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is fully set.

Step 9

Once the fudge is firm, use the parchment paper overhang to lift it out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into 16 squares.

Step 10

Serve immediately or store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
