Ingredients

  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 170 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 2 None large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 95 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 12 None mini Snickers bars
  • 120 milliliters caramel sauce
  • 50 grams roasted peanuts
  • 50 grams chocolate drizzle or melted chocolate (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray or line with cupcake liners.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth and fully combined. Let cool slightly.

Step 3

Whisk the granulated sugar into the melted chocolate mixture. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
