  • 340 grams soft caramels
  • 60 ml heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 200 grams of milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and 90 grams of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.

Step 3

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.

Step 4

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add granulated sugar and evaporated milk, stirring until dissolved.
