Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the peeled and deveined shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and red chili flakes. Stir until well mixed and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
