  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.

Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture, coating well on all sides. Shake off any excess flour and set aside.
