  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with the salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Dredge the pork chops in flour, making sure they’re evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
