  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cups Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt over medium heat. Whisk continuously until the mixture is warm but not boiling, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chocolate chips to the saucepan and whisk until fully melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes more.
