Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 ounces Milk chocolate bars
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Allow it to cool slightly, then whisk in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.

Step 3

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Whisk until fully combined.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.

Step 5

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

Step 6

Press two-thirds of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the base layer.

Step 7

Break the milk chocolate bars into pieces and place them evenly over the dough layer in the pan.

Evenly sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the layer of chocolate.

Remove the pan from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

Once cooled, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the S'mores Bars out of the pan. Slice into 12 squares and serve. Enjoy!
