  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened and translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
