Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 8 slices Smoked turkey slices
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons Guacamole
  • 0.5 cup Black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 0.5 cup Sweet corn kernels (cooked or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the black beans, sweet corn, chopped cilantro, lime juice, taco seasoning, and olive oil. Toss to mix evenly and set aside.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side, or until they are pliable. Alternatively, microwave them for 10 seconds each.
