Ingredients

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 6 slices Smoked turkey breast
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Blackberry preserves
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Step 1

Spread 1 tablespoon of blackberry preserves evenly on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Layer 3 slices of smoked turkey breast on two of the bread slices (the side with the preserves facing up).

Place 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the turkey on each sandwich.
