  • 8 slices Sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 slices Smoked turkey breast
  • 200 grams Brie cheese
  • 2 Avocado
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 tablespoons Cranberry sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread using 1/2 tablespoon of butter per slice.

Slice the brie cheese into thin slices and set aside.

Peel, pit, and slice the avocados into thin slices. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper for added flavor.
