Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large whole wheat tortillas
  • 12 slices Smoked turkey slices
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups Baby spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup Hummus
  • 0.5 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cherry tomatoes and baby spinach leaves thoroughly. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Step 2

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set them aside.

Step 3

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado thinly.

Step 4

Lay one whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.

Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly across the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
