Directions

Step 1

Slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds. Set aside.

Core the cabbage and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Mince the garlic cloves.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
