  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 150 grams Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate smaller bowl, beat the egg and milk together until combined.
