Ingredients

  • 12 sheets Lasagna noodles
  • 250 grams Smoked salmon
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
