Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 3 ounces Smoked salmon
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for 10 minutes.
