Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Smoked salmon filets
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Arugula or mixed greens

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush it with olive oil.

Place the smoked salmon filets in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until heated through but not overcooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them in the skillet or under a broiler until golden brown. Set aside.

Cut the tomato into thin slices, and slice the red onion into thin rings. Peel and slice the avocado into thin, even slices.
