  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 8 oz Smoked salmon, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Capers, drained
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until melted and bubbling.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.
