Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Smoked salmon
  • 14 ounces Artichoke hearts (canned or jarred, drained)
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Chives (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Dill (fresh, chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Hot sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0 Olive oil spray (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a medium-sized oven-safe baking dish with olive oil spray.

Step 2

Chop the smoked salmon and artichoke hearts into small, bite-sized pieces and set them aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Step 4

Add the chopped smoked salmon, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped chives, dill, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Step 6

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the dip for a golden, cheesy crust.

Step 7

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dip is hot and bubbling.

Step 8

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Garnish with additional chopped chives or dill if desired, and serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.
