Ingredients

  • 300 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 100 milliliters Whole milk
  • 150 grams Gruyère or Västerbotten cheese, grated
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons Butter or oil, for greasing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and diced unsalted butter. Rub the butter into the flour with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
