Directions

Step 1

Scrub and rinse the Yukon Gold potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch chunks).

Place the potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, and add a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
