  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, smoked cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, ranch seasoning mix, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
