  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (fresh)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (optional for serving)
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips (optional for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Step 2

Pour in the chicken broth and add the Great Northern beans, diced green chilies, chopped yellow onion, and minced garlic.

Sprinkle in the cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
