  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)
  • 0.5 cup sour cream (optional, for topping)
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 cup tortilla strips or chips (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
