  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Form the mixture into 4-6 oval-shaped patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
