Ingredients

  • 60 oz canned peaches (in syrup)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0 optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Directions

Step 1

Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or butter to prevent sticking.

Drain one can of peaches completely and add both the drained peaches and the undrained can (with syrup) to the slow cooker.

Step 3

Sprinkle the ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla extract over the peaches. Stir gently to combine.

Evenly pour the dry yellow cake mix over the peach mixture, making sure it fully covers the peaches but do not stir.
