  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 cups cooked couscous or rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1
