Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, 1/2 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, parsley, and paprika. Mix well with clean hands or a spoon until all ingredients are fully blended.

Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or a small amount of oil.
