  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, shiitake mushrooms, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened and fragrant, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
