  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

  • 0 to taste shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess grease if necessary.
