  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Lightly dredge the pork chops in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
