  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Step 2

Pour the chicken broth over the chicken breasts.

Step 3

Add the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt into the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Once the chicken is done cooking, use two forks to shred it directly in the slow cooker.
