Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 350 grams Green beans
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the carrots into thick rounds. Chop the potatoes into large chunks and dice the onion. Trim the ends off the green beans.

Step 2

Mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning mixture.

Step 4

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle half of the seasoning mixture over the chicken.

Step 5

Add the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker. Spread the vegetables evenly over the chicken.

Pour the chicken stock over the chicken and vegetables.

Add the green beans on top and drizzle the remaining seasoning mixture over them.
