  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • None as desired optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, diced avocado

Directions

Step 1

Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Step 2

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, canned diced tomatoes (with juices), black beans, kidney beans, and tomato sauce on top of the chicken.

Pour in the chicken broth to ensure there is enough liquid.

Sprinkle the chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the ingredients.
