  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
