  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef short ribs generously with salt and pepper on all sides.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the short ribs on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the ribs to a slow cooker.

Chop the onion, carrots, and celery into small chunks. Mince the garlic cloves.
